Love of Teaching
Some of my favorite things about teaching include: building relationships with students and families; seeing the "light bulb" moment when students understand a challenging concept; and witnessing the creativity and enthusiasms of children. I also love seeing children become invested in either a class read aloud story or one they have chosen.

Having fun in 3rd grade!
This year in third grade, we will work together to build a team atmosphere in the classroom. Students will work collaboratively with partners and in groups.
Some of the activities third grades have to look forward to include: learning cursive, a space unit, multiplication, division, finding exciting books, learning about U.S. symbols, and writing stories just to name a few!
